Hi, can I be a Co Founder too? As I see the second founder is gone permanently.
That's not up to me, sadly. 
The current founder put me in charge of approving submissions because their schedule was very busy. You can try contacting them about it, but I can't predict how much luck you'll have.
For the most part, I've got it the submissions under control though, so there may not even be a need for another co-founder for awhile.
